Are You Ready for Cyclin'?
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early to your first class for a brief orientation.
  • A water bottle and small hand towel are mandatory.
  • Padded cycling shorts and/or a gel seat cover will make the class much more comfortable and enjoyable.
  • We discourage g-string type leotards and running shorts as they are uncomfortable.
  • Avoid long shoe laces that can get caught in the crank arm of the bike.
    Never stand up on the bikes without applying resistance first.
  • If your foot should happen to slip out of the pedal while riding, get it to the side and apply full tension on the bike to stop the flywheel.
  • Never adjust the seat and handlebars while standing on the pedals.
  • Always drink water in the seated vertical position.
  • If you have any physical concerns, please alert the instructor before class.
  • Any person with history of heart problems of any kind should consult with a physician before participating in class.

Reservations

Please sign up at the front desk for all cyclin' classes. Members may sign up same day, or just right before the class.                           

If you do not sign up, your bike may be given away to a person on the list.

If you think you may be late for the class please call in advance so we may put a "reserved" sign on your bike. All bikes become first come, first serve after class is started.
