Baby & Me (Ages 3 & under)
This class increases comfort in the water and develops survival skills. Skills learned will encourage new abilities in the areas of motor development, language, and emotional skills. They will also become acclimated to the water and learn to enjoy the sensations associated with movement in the water. In addition to the children, parents will gain closeness with their child and learn how to properly work with and safely supervise their child around a water environment. (May - Oct.)
Swim America Stroke Development (Ages 4 & up)
This program is professionally coached program, with a well-trained staff teaching students how to swim using proper technique. The students are organized in up to ten units known as stations. Each station builds upon skills learned at previous stations. The end result is a student who can perform six unique styles of swimming, at distances of up to 300 yards without stopping. Each station serves to motivate the student to achieve and graduate to the next level. (April - Oct.)
