You've seen them on TV, now come and check out what all the fuss is about. Challenge your core while working your legs, abs, back, etc. All levels are welcome!

Tighten & Tone

Come for a 45-minute challenging strength class. We will focus on upper body one week and then lower body the next week. But no worries, every week includes an abdominal workout at the end of class.

Express Bootcamp

This high intensity, 30-minute workout combines functional and plyometric training to help build muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance in a fun and innovative way!
