Step (Level 2 & 3)

Both levels are great fat burning, cardiovascular workouts. Level 2 lasts approximately 45 minutes and works on building combinations. Levels 3 is the most challenging as the intesity and combinations get more advanced.

Step Interval (Level 2)

This highly motivating and not difficult to follow class has you alternating between stepping and strength exercises. You will keep moving the full hour.

Step Interval (Level 3)

This class is a combination of advanced step and strength training, and lasts 1 and 1/2 hours. You should be a proficient stepper to participate and the music is slightly faster.
