About Our Training
Every new member receives free personal training sessions to design an easy to follow fitness program that's just right for you.
All of our trainers are nationally certified. You can simply ask the front desk to have a trainer contact you for an interview or contact them directly if you wish. The fees for personal training are paid directly to the trainer and the prices are set by the individual trainer. Ask your trainer about discounts for multiple sessions or special packages during your initial free sessions included in your new membership. Business cards are posted in the weight room with contact information.
