Julie received her certification form the Boca Raton Institute of Massage Therapy in 1995 and has been practicing Neuromuscular Therapy (St. John method) for over 10 years. Noticing how manual therapy wasn't the only way to help those to be free of pain, Julie started exploring how to correct movement patterns that effect one's structure. Julie was certified through Powerhouse Institute and learned everything from Pilates Mat to Apparatus in 2002. She also has continued her education in Yoga & Yoga Therapy studying with names such as Aadil Palkhivala, Richard Freeman, and many others to learn to blend the benefits of many modalities to address different psychical and structural issues. Julie is registered through Yoga Alliance. She sees people privately in their homes as well as in her newly renovated Bamboo Room at Christi's Family Fitness. She also teaches group classes such as Flow Yoga & Yin Yoga at Christi's. She is Owner and Director of Ebb & Flow Healing Arts Studio (located within Christi's Family Fitness).

Sabrina Bishop chose to pursue massage therapy after seeing the benefits of massage evident in family members and friends. With those close to her suffering from all types of illness including fibromyalgia, migrains, intense pain due to accidents and stress related disease, she desired to help them find relief from there discomfort. Through massage she found that it was possible. Sabrina received her certification from The Beauty and Massage Institute of Vero and graduated top of her class in 2005. She has continued her education in the areas of Pain Management and Reflexology. Sabrina accepts most insurance coverage for therapy sessions.
