About Us: 

 Cheerleading at Christi's Family Fitness can be fun and entertaining for the whole family. Enrolling in our program allows a cheerleader to learn so many beneficial qualities and skills while the parents and siblings enjoy watching the interesting and exciting abilities of the squad.

Cheering for Christi's is a great way for a child to learn balance, coordination, body awareness, good sportsmanship, gain strength and flexibility, and have the time of their life!

Cheerleading routines include stunts, jumps, tumbling, and dancing that is choreographed to a 2-1/2 minute mix of energetic music.

Cheerleading is an awesome way for children to have fun, practice good sportsmanship, and learn great lessons on how to perform in front of a group of people. We hope to see you soon!
